Oven-roasted cauliflower in a crispy cheese-breadcrumb coating
A simple summer recipe shows how to oven-roast cauliflower in a golden, crispy cheese and breadcrumb coating. The dish works well as a snack or side for the whole family.

A simple method for making cauliflower more appealing, even to family members who usually avoid the vegetable, has become popular this summer. The recipe involves roasting cauliflower in the oven in a golden, crispy coating made of cheese and breadcrumbs, giving the dish a new taste and texture.
Ingredients needed
The dish requires two small heads of cauliflower, 100 grams of hard cheese, two eggs, three to four tablespoons of breadcrumbs, plus salt and sweet paprika powder to taste. Wheat breadcrumbs are preferred for better flavor, though rye breadcrumbs also work.
Preparation process
The cauliflower is first broken into small florets and boiled in salted water for about five minutes from the start of boiling. Meanwhile, eggs are beaten in one bowl, while in another bowl breadcrumbs are mixed with finely grated or blended hard cheese and paprika powder.
Once the cauliflower florets are boiled, they are dipped into the beaten eggs and then coated in the dry cheese and breadcrumb mixture. The coated florets are arranged on a baking tray lined with parchment paper.
The tray is placed in a preheated oven and baked at 180 degrees for approximately 15 to 20 minutes. The dish is ready once it turns golden brown.
The finished cauliflower can be eaten on its own or served with favorite dipping sauces.
