Power outages hit four Ukrainian regions after Russian attacks
Parts of Dnipropetrovsk, Donetsk, Zaporizhzhia and Kharkiv oblasts remain without electricity due to hostilities and attacks on energy infrastructure. Three settlements in Sumy Oblast are also without power due to severe weather.

Russian attacks and hostilities have left parts of the population in Dnipropetrovsk, Donetsk, Zaporizhzhia, and Kharkiv oblasts temporarily without electricity, as the strikes targeted energy infrastructure facilities, Ukraine's Ministry of Energy reported.
Additionally, three settlements in Sumy Oblast are without power due to severe weather conditions. Repair crews are working to restore supply, the ministry said.
"Energy workers are doing everything possible to restore electricity to all consumers as quickly as possible. Repair work is continuing around the clock," the ministry stated.
No scheduled power outages are currently expected. The ministry urged consumers to shift intensive electricity use to daytime hours (10:00–17:00) to avoid overloading the power system.
Earlier, on the night of 14–15 June, Russia attacked Kyiv, destroying Nova Poshta's largest innovative sorting terminal, a business center, and a Rozetka branch, leaving 140,000 households without power.
