President Volodymyr Zelenskyy said in his evening address that new conversations with mediators in the peace process are scheduled for next week, focused on the steps and proposals required to move toward ending the war. He noted that Ukraine remains actively engaged in diplomacy.

He added that separate talks will also take place to secure additional air defence packages meant to protect the country and its people.

Frontline reports

Zelenskyy said that on Sunday he received briefings from Prime Minister Serhii Koretskyi and discussed with Commander-in-Chief Mykhailo Drapatyi how to protect Ukrainian cities and respond to Russian attacks. He pledged that every Russian strike would be met with a justified Ukrainian response, adding that the war would become increasingly felt inside Russia itself.

The president thanked the Armed Forces and the Security Service of Ukraine for ongoing operations against Russian oil refining facilities, saying these strikes are having a notable impact. He also mentioned that Russian air defence systems, radar stations, and infrastructure facilities in the Azov and Black Sea regions have been hit. According to Zelenskyy, these operations continue solely because Russia refuses to end the war.
