The owner's words
Evita Gūtmane says that she and her husband truly love their land and are glad to have these fields. In her words, it is very peaceful there, nobody disturbs them and everything happens in quiet. Music plays while she works in the greenhouse. She adds that the tomatoes also listen to Latvian schlager songs and enjoy them, which she describes as a bit of humour.
The farm's story shows how a rural business in the Jelgava area combines growing tomatoes, processing them and hosting visitors in one place.
