Startups wanting to exhibit at TechCrunch Disrupt 2026 have only a few days left to secure a spot. Exhibit bookings close on Friday, October 2, at 11:59 p.m. Pacific Time, after which no further companies will be able to join the Expo Hall for this year's event.

TechCrunch Disrupt 2026 takes place October 13-15 at Moscone West in San Francisco. Organizers expect more than 10,000 founders, investors, operators and other tech industry figures to attend.

What the exhibit package includes

An exhibit package costs $12,500 and includes a 6-foot by 30-inch table for all three days, 10 team passes, lead-generation tools, branding on the event website and mobile app, access to the press list, and Silver Tier sponsor status. Founders exhibiting also gain access to additional opportunities such as Investor-to-Founder Networking and the Deal Flow Café.

More than 300 startups are expected to showcase their products in the Expo Hall, which organizers describe as the highest-traffic area of the entire event, giving exhibiting companies direct access to customers, investors and partners over the three days.

Broader program

Beyond the Expo Hall, Disrupt 2026 features more than 200 sessions across six industry stages with over 250 speakers, covering topics including artificial intelligence, fintech, robotics and infrastructure. Attendees will also have access to AI-powered matchmaking, one-on-one meetings and other networking tools. General admission tickets are sold separately from exhibit packages.
