Watches at the Singapore F1 weekend ranged from $400 to $430,000
At the Singapore Grand Prix, a Formula 1 World Championship round at the Marina Bay circuit, the watches worn by participants differed in price by more than a thousand times. The cheapest cost $400, the most expensive about $430,000.

During the Singapore Grand Prix weekend at the Marina Bay circuit, a round of the Formula 1 World Championship, watches worn in the paddock spanned a huge price range. The cheapest was worth $400, while the most expensive, a Richard Mille, is valued at roughly $430,000 – a gap of more than a thousandfold. Both were present in the same F1 paddock.
How the figures were set
The prices are not determined in the same way. Exact amounts reflect prices at authorised retailers, while ranges refer to used models no longer officially sold, offered on the secondary market. These are sellers' asking prices, not confirmed transaction prices. The watches of Lando Norris and Charles Leclerc are special editions not sold to the general public, so their values are approximate. For Leclerc, the figure given is the starting price of the standard RM 67-02 model on the secondary market.
Cheaper and mid-range models
Sergio Pérez, who now drives for Cadillac, wore a Swatch × Audemars Piguet Royal Pop Blaue Acht worth $400. It is the only model on the list priced below a good set of tyres; all the others cost at least several thousand dollars.
Fernando Alonso, who races for Aston Martin, chose a Breitling Navitimer B01 Chronograph 43 at $11,500. Max Verstappen's TAG Heuer Monaco Evergraph costs $28,500; TAG Heuer has been a Red Bull partner since 2016. Carlos Sainz wears a Girard-Perregaux Laureato Skeleton valued at $43,600, while Franco Colapinto picked an H. Moser & Cie Streamliner Alpine Drivers Edition priced at $74,400.
The most expensive watches
Watches priced above $185,000 are all Richard Mille models, and there was no shortage of them at the front of the Singapore grid. Lewis Hamilton's RM 07-01 in rose gold with diamonds set in a snowflake pattern costs about $350,000. Lando Norris, whose team McLaren has worked with Richard Mille since 2016, wears an RM 67-02 McLaren Edition valued at roughly $430,000, the most expensive watch on the entire list.
