Police seek public's help finding missing young man in Kurzeme
State Police are asking for help finding Mārtiņš Klāvs Kāpostiņš, born in 2011, who has been missing since leaving his home in Rucava parish. He may be in Liepāja.
The Kurzeme regional branch of the State Police is appealing to the public for help in locating a missing young man. Mārtiņš Klāvs Kāpostiņš, born in 2011, left his home address in Rucava parish on September 25 this year, and his whereabouts have remained unknown since.
According to police, he may currently be in the area near the train station in Liepāja.
Description
The young man is about 180 centimeters tall, of medium build, with dark hair and a mole on his chin. When he disappeared, he was wearing a grey jacket and a black cap, and possibly grey trousers.
The State Police is asking anyone who recognizes him from the photo or knows his whereabouts to call the emergency number 112 immediately.
