Officers of the Southern Latgale precinct of the State Police Latgale Regional Directorate are looking for Artjoms Snegovics, who was born in 2010 and is officially considered missing.
According to the police, the young person left a care facility in Daugavpils on 25 September 2026. His whereabouts have been unknown since then, and officers are continuing the search.
