Olivia Rodrigo on heartbreak, her new album, and her chosen wedding song
In an interview with BBC, singer Olivia Rodrigo reveals details about her third album, her wedding song choice, and her experiences in London.

Olivia Rodrigo tells BBC that her third album was initially intended to celebrate romantic joy, but it turned into a story of a relationship falling apart. The album "You Seem Pretty Sad for a Girl So in Love" reflects her personal experiences.
The singer says she has already chosen her wedding song and hopes for a proposal in New York's Central Park, where her future fiancé could rent a bench with a "Will you marry me?" sign.
Rodrigo recalls her performance at Glastonbury, where she had a near anxiety attack before going on stage, but felt completely calm after the first song. She also reveals she ate three bowls of sticky toffee pudding beforehand.
She shares that she has 60% hearing loss in her left ear and wanted to become an obstetrician as a child. She would also like to return to acting to play Juliet in Shakespeare's play.
Before releasing her new album, Rodrigo fired her managers to take control of her career. She emphasizes that her goal is not to be liked by everyone, which makes life more joyful.
