Power Outage Hits Occupied Kherson Oblast, Russian-Installed Governor Reports
Volodymyr Saldo, the Russian-installed governor of occupied Kherson Oblast, announced a widespread power outage across the region, with emergency services working to restore electricity.

Volodymyr Saldo, the Russian-appointed head of the occupied part of Kherson Oblast, reported on social media that the entire occupied area has been left without electricity, either fully or partially. According to Saldo, energy workers and emergency services are already on site and are doing everything possible to restore power as quickly as possible.
Earlier, at the end of June, Saldo complained that some areas of the occupied region had experienced power outages. At that time, similar electricity problems were also recorded in Crimea. Additionally, attacks on crossings between occupied Crimea and Kherson Oblast have frequently complicated transport movement between the peninsula and the mainland. The occupied Crimean peninsula has been facing a fuel shortage.
