Four People, Including Three Children, Missing in Dniester River: Search Underway
Ukraine's State Emergency Service (SES) reports that four people, including three children, went missing in the Dniester River in Chernivtsi region. Rescue teams, police with drones and a service dog, medics, and local residents are involved in the search.

A search operation is ongoing in Bukovyna, Chernivtsi region, after four people, including three children, went missing in the Dniester River on Thursday, June 24. Two separate incidents occurred in Chernivtsi and Dniester districts.
In the village of Repuzhyntsi, Chernivtsi district, a man born in 1976 and two children born in 2018 disappeared while swimming. Rescuers from the State Emergency Service (SES), police with drones and a service dog, medics, and local residents with their own boats have been deployed for the search.
Meanwhile, in the village of Moshanyets, Dniester district, a boy born in 2010 went missing while relaxing by the river. To reinforce the search, a dive-rescue team from Khmelnytskyi region will join the operation in the morning.
The SES once again urges strict adherence to water safety rules, emphasizing that children should never be left unattended by adults.
Earlier, in Odesa region, rescuers suspended the active search for a 10-year-old girl who was swept out to sea by the current five days ago.
