Bill Gates warns global AI agreement could be harder than Cold War nuclear talks

Microsoft founder Bill Gates has warned that getting the world's nations to agree on a common framework for regulating artificial intelligence could be an even harder task than the nuclear arms control negotiations conducted during the Cold War.
