Zelensky: Putin is Losing the War and Intensifying Attacks on Ukraine
Ukrainian President Volodymyr Zelensky stated that Russian leader Vladimir Putin is losing the war and therefore intensifying attacks on Ukraine, especially using ballistic missiles. A combined Russian strike on Kyiv killed at least 21 people and injured nearly 90.

Ukrainian President Volodymyr Zelensky, speaking at one of the Russian missile strike sites in Kyiv on Monday, said that Russian dictator Vladimir Putin is losing the war and facing problems both at the front and in the economy. “It is obvious that he is only intensifying attacks on Ukraine, especially using ballistic missiles,” Zelensky told journalists. He also noted that Russia is using more missiles with each attack.
When asked by reporters about possible retaliatory strikes, Zelensky stated that a response would undoubtedly follow, without specifying its nature.
A combined Russian missile and drone attack on Kyiv overnight into Thursday caused severe damage. According to Ukrainian officials, at least 21 people were killed and nearly 90 were wounded. This is one of the largest attacks on the capital in recent times.
