Zelensky gives Lukashenko ultimatum: one week to remove Russian boosters
Ukrainian President Volodymyr Zelensky has given Belarusian leader Alexander Lukashenko one week to dismantle Russian signal boosters that help attacks on Ukraine. If not done, Ukraine will act on its own.

Ukrainian President Volodymyr Zelensky has issued a strong warning to Belarus. In an interview with TV program "TSN", he stated that Minsk must prove with actions, not words, that it is not supporting Russia's war against Ukraine. Words and promises are no longer sufficient.
Zelensky emphasized that Ukraine has repeatedly demanded Belarus remove the boosters installed on its territory that help Russian drones strike Ukrainian cities more accurately. He set a deadline of one week. If Lukashenko does not act within that time, Ukraine will take the necessary steps itself.
"Let him keep his apology to himself," Zelensky said, noting that it hasn't worked since the second day of the war. He explained that the first step is to stop providing any technical support for Russian boosters.
The president also mentioned that the Belarusian people do not accept the war. Furthermore, he did not rule out the possibility that if Belarus were to become involved, NATO countries could deploy troops to Ukraine.
Meanwhile, Lukashenko recently stated that he does not intend to send his soldiers to fight "for someone else's will" and that Belarusians do not want to become "cannon fodder." He also expressed readiness for "civilized dialogue" with Ukraine and promised to do everything possible to achieve peace.
