Vinicius Junior extends contract with Real Madrid until 2032
Brazilian forward Vinicius Junior has extended his contract with Real Madrid until 30 June 2032. The Spanish club announced the agreement on Thursday.
Real Madrid announced on Thursday that Brazilian forward Vinicius Junior has signed a contract extension with the club until 30 June 2032. The Spanish club confirmed that the two sides reached an agreement, keeping the attacker in Madrid for six more years. Vinicius has been with Real Madrid since 2018.
During his time at the club, the Brazilian has collected a string of major honours. He has won La Liga and the Spanish Super Cup three times each, and has lifted the Copa del Rey once. In European competitions, he helped Real Madrid win the Champions League in the 2021/22 and 2023/24 seasons, and claimed the UEFA Super Cup in 2022 and 2024. He also won the FIFA Club World Cup in 2018 and 2022, and the FIFA Intercontinental Cup in 2024.
Vinicius was named FIFA Player of the Year in 2024. For Brazil’s national team, where he also played at this year’s World Cup, he has scored 13 goals in 54 appearances.
