He pointed out that hot climates in particular can pose serious dangers to dogs. High temperatures can create significant health risks for pets, so owners should carefully weigh whether a chosen destination will be safe for their animal before planning a trip.
The veterinarian emphasized that responsible travel with a dog involves not only assessing the destination's climate but also general preparation for the journey, in order to avoid situations that could endanger the animal's wellbeing.
