Poles in middle of sidewalk spark complaints in Valka

In Valka, after electrical grid reconstruction, electricity and lamp poles have been placed right in the middle of a sidewalk, forcing pedestrians to slalom around them. The local municipality has stated that it will not accept the work and that it must be redone. Following complaints, the company "Sadales tīkls" has promised to redo the sidewalk in the areas where the poles are located within a month.
