Ukrainian Forces Raise Flag on Kinburn Spit, Russian Occupiers Retreat
Ukrainian defenders planted the national flag on the Kinburn Spit, forcing Russian occupation troops to abandon their positions.
The Regional Directorate of the Territorial Defense Forces "South" reported that Ukrainian defenders have raised the blue-and-yellow flag on the Kinburn Spit. Russian occupiers have left their positions.
According to the statement, as a result of a powerful fire strike, the Southern Defense Forces forced the occupiers to retreat from their occupied lines. Evacuation of surviving personnel is underway, and the occupiers are abandoning their defensive lines.
The defenders expressed hope that Ukrainian tanks will eventually reach Dzhankoi, which is currently under occupation.
