Ukrainian General Staff Confirms Strike on Afipsky Oil Refinery in Krasnodar Krai

On June 10 and 11, Ukrainian Defense Forces struck multiple Russian military, logistics, and industrial targets, including the Afipsky oil refinery in Krasnodar Krai and several sites in Crimea and Donbas.

According to the General Staff of the Armed Forces of Ukraine, on June 10 and 11, units of the Ukrainian Defense Forces carried out strikes on a number of military, logistics, and industrial objects of the Russian occupation forces.

In Krasnodar Krai, Russia, the Afipsky oil refinery was hit. Available data confirm the target was struck, and a fire broke out on the premises. The Afipsky refinery is one of the largest oil refineries in southern Russia, with an annual processing capacity of 6.25 million tons. It produces diesel fuel, gasoline, fuel oil, and other petroleum products used to support the aggressor state's economy and military logistics.

In temporarily occupied Crimea, a site for the production and equipping of maritime unmanned boats in Sevastopol was hit. The facility was used for assembling, equipping, and preparing maritime unmanned platforms for tasks in the Black Sea. Also in Crimea, a storage facility for unmanned aerial vehicles near the village of Hryhorivka was struck.

Additionally, enemy command posts were hit in the areas of Davydivskyi, Novoznam'yanka, Bakhmut, Selydove, and Pokrovsk in Donetsk and Luhansk regions. Near Novoandriivka in Donetsk region, a UAV command post was hit. In the Dovzhansk area of Luhansk region, a concentration area of an enemy UAV unit was struck. Near Avdiivka in Donetsk region, a workshop for the production and repair of UAVs was hit.

The Ukrainian Defense Forces will continue to systematically reduce the capabilities of the Russian aggressor to wage war against Ukraine.
