Ukraine repels 197 combat clashes in a day, Russia intensifies assaults on three fronts
On June 28, 197 combat engagements occurred on the front. Russian forces were most active on the Sloviansk, Pokrovsk, and Huliaipole axes.

According to the General Staff of Ukraine's Armed Forces, 197 combat engagements were recorded on June 28. Russian troops launched one missile strike with eight missiles, 51 airstrikes dropping 147 guided bombs, used 5,366 kamikaze drones, and conducted 1,763 shellings of Ukrainian positions and settlements.
On the Sloviansk direction, Ukrainian forces repelled 24 attacks near Zakitne, Kalenyky, Riznykivka, Rai-Oleksandrivka, and Kryva Luka. Two clashes were ongoing.
On the Pokrovsk direction, 24 attacks occurred near Shakhove, Dorozhnie, Novooleksandrivka, Vasylivka, and other villages. Three clashes continued. Preliminary data indicates 26 occupiers were killed, 14 wounded, a fuel depot destroyed, three vehicles and three special equipment units eliminated, and 210 drones of various types neutralized.
On the Huliaipole direction, 23 attacks were recorded toward Vozdvyzhivka, Hirke, Novoselivka, Tsvitkove, and Charivne. One clash continued. On the Lyman direction, 15 attacks took place. On the Kostiantynivka direction, 11 assaults were repelled. On the Pivdenno-Slobozhanskyi direction, three attacks; on the Kupyansk direction, two attacks. No assault actions were recorded on the Kramatorsk, Orikhiv, and Pridniprovskyi axes.
