Leaked iPhone 18 Pro Photos and Parts Lists Appear on the Dark Web
Following a data breach at supplier Tata Electronics, images and component lists of the iPhone 18 Pro have surfaced on the dark web. Apple expressed concern over the document leak.

According to a Reuters report, leaked photos of the iPhone 18 Pro and parts lists have emerged on the dark web after a data breach at one of Apple's key suppliers. The leaked images show a drop test of what sources claim is the iPhone 18 Pro, featuring a three-camera layout and the Apple logo.
This comes just a week after Tata Electronics, an India-based company that manufactures iPhone components and assembles devices, confirmed a data breach. Security researchers told Reuters at the time that the ransomware group World Leaks posted over 200,000 files related to the breach on the dark web. The leak reportedly includes documents belonging to some of its clients, such as Apple and Tesla.
In addition to images of the iPhone 18 Pro, Reuters reports that at least six files detail the hundreds of components used in the device, along with a list of their suppliers. AppleInsider similarly reported last week that the leaked documents show purported board layouts for the iPhone 18 Pro and 18 Pro Max, as well as what appear to be data sheets for the rumored A20 Pro chip.
Reuters notes that Apple is "concerned about the documents being shared on the dark web." The Verge reached out to Apple for comment but did not immediately receive a response.
