On Wednesday, the US Department of Homeland Security put forward a proposal for a special fee on international students who want to work in the United States. The proposed charge is $70,000, which is roughly €62,600.
The proposal comes from the administration of Donald Trump. For now, the fee has only been proposed and has not been approved.
