TechCrunch Disrupt 2026 to draw over 10,000 tech industry leaders to San Francisco
TechCrunch has announced that exhibit table bookings for its Disrupt 2026 conference close within hours, ahead of the event itself taking place in mid-October in San Francisco. The conference is expected to draw thousands of founders, investors, and other industry figures.

Tech media outlet TechCrunch is highlighting an approaching deadline for its upcoming TechCrunch Disrupt 2026 conference. The event will take place October 13–15 at San Francisco's Moscone West, where more than 10,000 attendees are expected, including startup founders, investors, operators, and other tech leaders.
Companies wanting a spot in the event's Expo Hall face a booking deadline of 11:59 p.m. Pacific Time on the same day, or earlier if remaining tables sell out first. The Expo Hall is described as the heart of the conference, giving startups a three-day base to demo their products, start conversations with potential investors, clients, and partners, and collect leads through the event's mobile app.
The exhibit table package includes access to the hall for all three days, ten team passes, access to the TechCrunch Disrupt press list, branding on the event's website and app, and partner Wi-Fi access. Founders who exhibit also gain additional access to investor-founder networking opportunities, including a quieter area known as the Deal Flow Café.
For those not planning to exhibit, TechCrunch is also offering general attendance tickets to the conference itself. The event will feature more than 250 industry leaders, over 200 sessions across six stages, and more than 300 startups presenting, along with the Startup Battlefield 200 pitch competition. The conference will also use AI-powered matchmaking intended to help attendees form more relevant connections.
