The property consists of a land plot of 831 square meters and an administrative building with a total area of 3,293.5 square meters. Currently, the building houses the State Education Quality Service, several residential apartments, and the company SIA "Warmut", according to data from "Firmas.lv".
The auction will start on Saturday, June 13, and will conclude on July 13 at 1:00 PM. Prospective buyers may use a bank loan, enter into a transaction account agreement, or pay within one month. Any persons who have rights to the property that would prevent its sale at auction must file their claims in court before the auction date.
The State Real Estate Agency (VNĪ) was established in 1996 and is wholly owned by the Ministry of Finance. This auction is part of the agency's ongoing efforts to manage state-owned properties efficiently.
