Man born in 1992 goes missing after leaving facility on Tvaika Street in Riga
Latvian State Police are searching for a man who left a facility on Tvaika Street in Riga yesterday afternoon and has not been heard from since. He may possibly be in Ogre.

The State Police are asking for the public's help in locating Artūrs Kubiļs, born in 1992, who has gone missing. The man left a facility on Tvaika Street in Riga on Thursday, August 7, at around 4:05 pm, and his whereabouts have been unknown since then.
Police say he may possibly be located in the town of Ogre.
Description of the missing man
Artūrs Kubiļs is approximately 172 centimeters tall, of average build, with dark brown hair. At the time of his disappearance, he was wearing a light-colored T-shirt and gray shorts, along with dark-colored shoes.
Police note that the man has health issues, which may affect his ability to care for himself or find his way.
The State Police are urging anyone with information about the man's possible whereabouts to call 112 immediately. Residents are asked to look at the circulated photo of the man so they can quickly report to police if they recognize him.
