On August 22, from 10:00 to 22:00, the street art and culture festival «ROW Baltics» will take place for the fourth time. Organisers describe it as one of the fastest-growing festivals of its kind in both Latvia and the wider Baltic region.
What to expect
For the day, the urban environment will be transformed into an open-air contemporary art gallery. The festival brings together a wide range of participants: street artists from Latvia and abroad, representatives of hip-hop culture, and BMX and skateboard athletes. The programme also includes dancers, musicians and other enthusiasts of urban culture.
Based on the festival's name and description, visitors will be able to watch a collaborative graffiti wall being created, along with breakdance and skateboarding performances, bringing together several forms of street culture in a single day-long event.
