Recipe: "lazy" stuffed potatoes with cheese and apples
A simplified recipe for stuffed potatoes has been shared, filling them with sour apples, onion and cheese. The dish requires comparatively little time and effort to prepare.

Many people who enjoy stuffed potatoes as a tasty dish tend to avoid making them, assuming the process is long and complicated. However, a simplified version exists that allows this dish to be prepared faster and with less hassle.
Ingredients needed
The recipe calls for eight medium-sized potatoes, three sour apples, one large onion and 100 grams of grated cheese. Additional seasonings of choice, such as salt and pepper, are also needed, along with a small amount of butter.
Preparation process
The potatoes are first boiled with their skins on, then cooled and peeled. A teaspoon is used to scoop out the center of each potato, creating a hollow for the filling.
For the filling, the apples and onion are chopped and mixed with the chosen seasonings and melted butter. This mixture is placed into the hollowed-out potatoes, and grated cheese is sprinkled on top.
The prepared potatoes are then placed in a greased baking dish or one lined with baking paper, and baked in the oven for approximately 15 minutes.
