Prince William Admits He Still Secretly Rides Motorcycles, Terrifying Kate
Prince William has revealed he continues to secretly indulge his passion for motorcycles, despite his wife Kate's fears. To reduce risk, he has switched to an electric scooter.
Prince William, known for his love of motorcycles, admitted he still rides them in secret. He made the confession during a visit to the Norfolk Blood Bikes charity, where volunteers deliver blood and medical supplies by motorcycle. Looking at the bikes, William couldn't hide his excitement, saying he still rides from time to time, but quietly and using a disguise.
His wife, Kate, the Princess of Wales, has expressed fear about his hobby since 2015. She admitted that every time William goes for a ride, she feels terrified. Kate also hopes to discourage their eldest son, Prince George, from taking up the same passion.
Since having children, William has become more cautious but hasn't given up motorcycles entirely. In recent years, he has found a safer alternative: an electric scooter. He uses it around Windsor Castle and even arrived at a meeting with actor Eugene Levy on one in 2025.
