Police search for missing 19-year-old Deniss, possibly in Liepāja

Description
Deniss Kondratcevs stands roughly 178 centimeters tall and weighs around 60 kilograms. He has short brown hair and blue eyes.

Officials from the State Police's Riga Region Department, Riga North Division, are urging residents to view the young man's photograph and pay attention to whether he has been seen in Liepāja or elsewhere in Latvia. Anyone with information about Deniss's possible location, or who has seen him recently, is asked to contact the State Police immediately by calling 112.
