Police search for missing young man in Vaiņode parish

State Police in Latvia have launched a search for a young man who has been missing since mid-August. According to police, he left his residence in Vaiņode parish, in the South Kurzeme municipality, at around 3:30 p.m. on August 14, and has not made contact with anyone since.
Authorities note that the missing person may be traveling by bicycle, which could help identify him if he has moved some distance from where he was last seen.
Description
The young man is described as approximately 162 centimeters tall, of slim build, with short dark hair. At the time he went missing, he was wearing a bluish T-shirt and light-colored shorts.
State Police have released a photograph of the young man and are urging anyone with information about his possible whereabouts to call the emergency number 112 as soon as possible.
