Police seek missing teenager last heard from in late September, possibly in Liepāja
Latvian police are searching for Denis Kondratcev, born in 2007, after a relative in Riga lost contact with him on September 23. He may currently be in Liepāja.

Latvia's State Police have appealed to the public for help locating a young man who has been out of contact with his family for nearly two weeks.
A woman living in Riga reported to police that she has been unable to reach her relative, Denis Kondratcev, born in 2007, since September 23 of this year. According to available information, he may currently be staying in the city of Liepāja.
Description
Police describe the missing teenager as approximately 178 centimeters tall and weighing around 60 kilograms, with short brown hair and blue eyes.
Officials from the Riga Regional Police Department's Riga North Division are asking anyone with information about the young man's possible whereabouts to call the emergency number 112. Police have also released a photograph of him, asking the public to review it and come forward if they have seen him.
