About 80 migrants confirmed dead after boat runs into trouble off Gran Canaria

Spain's Maritime Rescue organisation, Salvamento Marítimo, has confirmed that approximately 80 people have died after a boat carrying migrants ran into difficulty off the coast of Gran Canaria.
