World number three Jessica Pegula defeated fellow American Emma Navarro 7:5, 6:2 in the third round of the tournament, a match that drew attention for the wealth behind both players' families. Navarro's father Ben's assets are estimated at 3.2 billion, while Pegula's parents, Terry and Kim, are reportedly worth as much as 9.3 billion, giving the encounter its unofficial billionaires' daughters label.

Pegula entered as the clear favorite and lived up to that status, outperforming Navarro across most statistical categories, including first- and second-serve points won, total points won (85 to 71), and break points converted (5 of 14 compared to Navarro's 2 of 9). The win extended Pegula's head-to-head record against Navarro to 4-0. This is Pegula's eighth appearance at the tournament, where her best result remains a runner-up finish in 2024.

Rybakina, Swiatek also through

Kazakhstan's Elena Rybakina reached the fourth round after beating Poland's Magdalena Fręch 6:4, 7:6. The second set turned tense when Fręch failed to convert nine break points in a single game, only to later level the set at 5:5 before Rybakina pulled away in the tiebreak. Rybakina again dominated the statistics, winning more total points (90 to 73), and improved her head-to-head record against Fręch to 4-0. This marks her seventh appearance at the tournament, where her best result is a semifinal reached in 2025.

Czech player Linda Noskova and Poland's Iga Swiatek also advanced to the fourth round, with Swiatek defeating Greece's Maria Sakkari 4:6, 6:1, 6:1.
