Cristiano Ronaldo and Georgina Rodríguez marry in secret ceremony

Portuguese football star Cristiano Ronaldo and his partner Georgina Rodríguez are now officially married. The couple shared the news on social media, posting their first photo together after the ceremony.

The picture shows both dressed in white, hands placed one on top of the other to reveal their new gold wedding rings. Rodríguez is also still wearing her striking engagement ring.

According to foreign media reports, 41-year-old Ronaldo and 32-year-old Rodríguez registered their marriage in a civil ceremony in Cascais, Portugal, on August 11. The date carries special meaning, as exactly one year earlier, on August 11, 2025, Georgina had publicly announced their engagement.

The wedding photo quickly drew massive attention, gathering more than two million likes within the first twenty minutes, while the comments filled with congratulations from fans around the world.

A decade together

Ronaldo and Rodríguez have been together since 2016 and have built a large family during that time. Ronaldo's eldest son, Cristiano Jr., was born in 2010, while 2017 brought twins Mateo and Eva, followed later that year by daughter Alana, the couple's first child together.

In April 2022, the family suffered a heavy loss when their son Angel died during the birth of another set of twins, while his twin sister Bella survived.

Rodríguez previously spoke about the early days of their relationship in the Netflix series "I Am Georgina," recalling how, while she worked in a shop, Ronaldo would come to pick her up in luxury cars, including a Bugatti, to the surprise of her coworkers.

After nearly a decade together and a year-long engagement, Ronaldo and Rodríguez have now officially confirmed their union.
