Ukraine reports 204 combat engagements in past day – General Staff
As of 22:00 on June 23, Ukrainian forces have been involved in 204 combat clashes, with Russia using 48 airstrikes and 6,037 kamikaze drones, according to the General Staff of the Armed Forces of Ukraine.

The General Staff of the Armed Forces of Ukraine released its daily operational update at 10:00 p.m. on June 23, detailing the situation along the front line. A total of 204 combat engagements were recorded during the day.
The enemy employed a wide range of weaponry against Ukrainian positions and settlements. Specifically, Russian forces carried out two missile strikes (using two missiles), 48 aviation strikes, dropped 160 guided aerial bombs, and deployed 6,037 kamikaze drones. In addition, 2,140 artillery shellings were reported.
A breakdown by direction is as follows:
- North-Slobozhanskyi and Kursk directions: 6 engagements;
- South-Slobozhanskyi direction: 13;
- Kupiansk direction: 1;
- Lyman direction: 11;
- Sloviansk direction: 13;
- Kramatorsk direction: 1;
- Kostiantynivka direction: 14;
- Pokrovsk direction: 32;
- Oleksandrivka direction: 11;
- Huliaipole direction: 18.
The highest concentration of fighting occurred in the Pokrovsk direction, which accounted for nearly one-third of all clashes. The overall numbers point to an intensified Russian offensive across the entire front line.
