Russian troops launched a guided bomb strike on Kharkiv's Kholodnohirskyi district during the night of June 18-19, causing extensive damage to residential buildings and infrastructure. Kharkiv Mayor Ihor Terekhov reported that more than 40 houses and a warehouse were damaged in the attack. Initial casualty reports were updated, and by 7:45 a.m., it was confirmed that nine people had been injured, including four children. Emergency services are working at the scene. Separately, a Russian Molniya drone struck a plant room in a high-rise residential building in the Kovpakivskyi district of Sumy.
