According to Oleh Hryhorov, head of the Sumy Regional Military Administration, a 44-year-old woman was killed. Another woman, aged 33, sustained severe injuries and is receiving medical assistance.
The attack also caused significant damage to a three-story non-residential building. Hryhorov expressed condolences to the victims and urged residents to follow safety guidelines.
