Kyiv denies drone that crashed in Bulgaria was Ukrainian
Ukraine's Foreign Ministry has denied any connection to a drone that reportedly crashed in Bulgaria, saying it did not send any drones toward Bulgarian territory.

Ukrainian Foreign Ministry spokesman Heorhii Tykhyi stated on Saturday evening that Ukraine had not directed any drones toward Bulgaria or its territory.
The denial came after Bulgarian officials reported that a drone, believed to be Ukrainian, had apparently crashed within the country. Tykhyi firmly rejected this possibility, stressing that Kyiv bears no responsibility for the incident.
The Ukrainian official did not provide further details about what might actually have caused the incident in Bulgaria, nor was Bulgaria's official response to Ukraine's denial mentioned.
The case adds to a series of incidents across European countries in which unidentified drones have been detected, raising questions about their origin amid the ongoing war in Ukraine.
