Former SAB building in Jūrmala sold at auction
A property in Jūrmala previously belonging to the Constitution Protection Bureau (SAB) was sold for more than half a million euros at an auction organized by the State Real Estate agency (VNĪ).

An auction organized by the State Real Estate agency (Valsts nekustamie īpašumi, VNĪ) has resulted in the sale of a property in Jūrmala, located on Lielupes Street in Jaundubulti. The winning bid exceeded half a million euros.
The property had previously belonged to the Constitution Protection Bureau (SAB), Latvia's intelligence and counterintelligence service. Details of the sale were confirmed to the LETA news agency by VNĪ representatives.
VNĪ is a state-owned company responsible for managing state-owned real estate, including organizing auctions when properties are no longer needed for their original institutional purpose.
