Russian drone attacks kill two civilians in Kherson region
Russian drone and shelling attacks killed two civilians in Ukraine's Kherson region over two days — a man near Kachkarivka and a woman in Stanislav.

Russian forces have continued targeting civilians in Ukraine's Kherson region with drone strikes. On October 6, a Russian drone dropped explosives near the settlement of Kachkarivka, killing a 44-year-old man.
The day before, on October 5, a woman died in the settlement of Stanislav as a result of shelling.
The two incidents highlight the ongoing danger facing residents of the Kherson region more than three years into the war, as Russian forces regularly use drones and artillery to strike populated areas on both banks of the region.
