Three civilians step on explosive in Kharkiv region, one killed

On Sunday, June 21, three civilians accidentally triggered an unidentified explosive object in the Bohodukhiv district of Kharkiv region, Ukraine. The incident occurred near the village of Klynova-Novoselivka in the Zolochiv hromada. The victims were walking along a road near a bus stop when the explosion happened.
According to the State Emergency Service (DSNS) of Kharkiv region, one person was killed and two others were wounded. The service reminded that areas that have been under shelling or within combat zones remain extremely dangerous.
Residents are advised to move only along verified routes, avoid walking on road shoulders, and never touch suspicious objects. If a dangerous item is found, people should immediately call emergency numbers 101, 102, or 112.
