"Hear Your Heart": Free heart health checks in Riga, Daugavpils, Valmiera and Liepāja
Cardiovascular diseases remain the leading cause of death in Latvia, prompting doctors to urge regular check-ups. On June 10, the campaign "Hear Your Heart" launched in Riga offering free consultations and tests, and will continue in other cities on June 13.

Cardiovascular diseases are still the most common cause of death in Latvia, so doctors are encouraging people to take better care of their health and get regular check-ups. To this end, the campaign "Hear Your Heart!" started on June 10 at the Āgenskalns market in Riga, as reported by LSM's program "Let's Discuss in the Evening."
Free consultations and examinations within the campaign will also take place in Daugavpils, Valmiera, and Liepāja this Saturday, June 13.
