Blue passports, Big Ben and Bpoplive: The Guardian marks 10 years since Brexit referendum with quiz
The Guardian has published a quiz of 18 questions about the Brexit referendum campaign, commemorating a decade since the UK voted to leave the European Union.

It has been ten years since the British public voted to leave the European Union. The Guardian has compiled a quiz highlighting some of the stranger aspects of the referendum campaign and the subsequent years. The 18 questions cover topics ranging from the origin of blue passports to the ill-fated Bpoplive music festival. Among the questions are references to Nigel Farage's river battle with a pop star and a Liberal Democrat leader performing John Barnes' rap during the campaign. The quiz also includes Boris Johnson's famous 'bendy banana' story and the attempt to make Big Ben bong on Brexit day. Some questions focus on political actions, such as Theresa May's commissioned national festival initially called the Festival of Brexit, and the vote split in Scotland, which voted to remain by 62% to 38%. The Guardian invites readers to test their memory, noting there are no prizes—not even a seat in the House of Lords.
